Spanakopita Rolls

It’s Spanakopita, but in a party food format.

Instructions:

  1. Find a Spanikopita recipe that you like
  2. Instead of making the usual pie, cut each sheet of filo into 4 lengths and brush each lightly with oil.
  3. Roll a spoonful of the filling up inside each length of filo, taking care to fold the ends in to stop the filling coming out.
  4. Bake in a pre-heated oven (GM5) for about 15 mins or until they’re as golden as you like.
