On Sunday morning, with it coming up to Pancake Tuesday, I decided to make some drop scones.
I followed Mary Berry’s recipe, but at the last minute thought that they needed something else. I added some frozen blueberries.
Not the prettiest looking pancakes in the world, but tasty enough.
