The red wine vinegar is all grown up now, and it’s now been replaced by it’s new younger sister, Cider Vinegar.
It’s a bottle of Weston’s 5% 2018 vintage ( badged as Waitrose Duchy ), with a bit of the mother from the Amontillado vinegar (which is still going, thanks for asking ).
