I love this time of year, there are lots of little green things growing around the place that you can spice up a boring lettuce with.
For example, this plate includes the remainder of the Purple Sprouting Broccoli flower buds, some rocket, some bronze fennel, some Buckler Leaved sorrel, some chives, some celery leaves and some broccoli shoots that I planted ( as seeds ) in a seed tray a couple of weeks back.
