Hello, my name is Kev and I live in Malvern, England. I’m married and have a beautiful bouncing 22 year old baby boy. He’s currently studying abroad.
I like to cook, work in the garden, go walking, drink beer, play badminton, and lots of other stuff besides.
I feel very lucky to live where I do. If you don’t know it, check it out on Wikipedia or something. I have nice friends, there is a theatre, a cinema, a railway station. This is good walking country, and there are lots of good pubs nearby. What’s not to like?
I was made redundant in May 2019 having worked in IT since I left university in 1984. I spent the first 4 months or so trying to forget all about work.
More recently I’ve started to think that maybe I should start looking for something to do in my ‘gap year’ ( thanks for that Kathryn ). This blog is part of that something.
